August 9 - Sam Robbins at The Listening Booth

Sam Robbins is a Nashville based musician whose music is said to evoke classic 70's singer-songwriters like James Taylor and Neil Young. Sam is a full time troubadour, playing over 150 shows a year across the country, including the MainStage at the Kerrville Folk Festival, the Dripping Springs Songwriter’s Festival, and as one of the “‘Most Wanted to Return” artists in the 2023 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. August 11 - John Gallagher at Arden Gild Hall

Acclaimed singer-songwriter and celebrated actor John Gallagher Jr. will release his third album, the confessional, cathartic, and emotionally charged “Goodbye or Something” on June 28 via Grand Phony Music

Join John as he celebrates the release of his new album, “Goodbye or Something”, backed by the 4-piece band, at the Arden Gild Music Hall outdoor Shady Grove Stage, and don’t miss a special acoustic set from John and his father John Sr. to open the show. August 15 -  Turn Turn Turn at The Kennett Flash

Turn Turn Turn is a trio who bonded over their mutual love of close harmony 60s and 70s country, folk, and pop music, and formed an original Americana band. To create their distinctive sound, the band “turns” to the distant past of early American recorded music, “turns” again to that renaissance of the 1960s and 1970s, and finally “turns” again to the present looking forward.

Even though Turn Turn Turn was born as a cover band, the group’s original material – sweetheart alt-country folk-pop – quickly stole the spotlight. Join them on August 15 at The Kennett Flash. Tickets are on sale here.


August 17 - DUUNES at The Queen

Under the name DUUNES, Harrison Cohen creates sly, driving, alternative rock that soars with his electrifying vocals. Growing up around the non-stop action of NYC, DUUNES draws inspiration from its resilient energy, high stakes, and unbreakable toughness. Big choruses, explosive vocals, and dark swagger put DUUNES in a similar genre territory as The Killers, Walk The Moon and more. 

DUUNES is making a stop at The Queen on August 17 to promote their debut EP, Vacation From Myself, released in April of this year. Get there early to see Delaware dream pop band CHVNCE open the set. Tickets and more information here.

August 31 - 30th annual People’s Festival at Tubman-Garrett Rivefront Park Park

After a year hiatus, the famous People's Festival is back at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park for its 30th anniversary. This all-ages event runs with specialty vendors, countless food options, and a brew tent. The musical line up includes Reggae singer Sister Nancy, performer of the legendary song “Bam Bam”, Junior Toots, Reemah, and more. Tickets and details can be found here.

September 11 - Bywater Call at Elkton Music Hall

Meghan Parnell and Dave Barnes lead Bywater Call, a dynamic 7-piece southern soul and roots rock band from Toronto, Canada. Formed in 2017, the band has earned Maple Blues and Independent Blues Award nominations and made a significant impact on the Canadian Festival Circuit.

September 9 - Sug Daniels at The Listening Booth

Sug Daniels is a Delaware-born, Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter, story teller, and producer who is using an electric ukulele to capture the emotions of an era. She thoughtfully combines elements of Americana, rock and soul alternatives to create personal and tender music interlaced with messages of truth and positive change. 

Catch her and her backing band The Sweet Boys on Friday September 9 at The Listening Booth in Lewes, Delaware, with local opener Lavender Browne. ore information and ticket information can be found here
