Bandcamp Friday Holidaze Edition!
If you haven’t gotten the memo, the first Friday of every month the online record store and music community, Bandcamp, dedicates the earnings made on that day to waiving their fees. This results in more money going directly to the artists who deserve it. In continuation of our bandcamp Friday roundups we’re releasing a special holiday list of artists you should support. This list includes both electronic renditions of classics and some amazing originals from artists that have been putting in hard work in the scene for years. Stop by and spread a little cheer!
Katie Dill
Katie Dill is a musician and comedian living in Los Angeles, CA, but is Delaware born. Many would recognize her work as the lead singer/songwriter from the band Mean Lady. Her Christmas album Christmas Present is creative, clever, and perfectly executed. Do yourself a favor and buy this as a gift for the one you want to catch under the mistletoe.
Bruce & Sam
Bruce & Sam are a Delaware-based duo who perform jazz, blues, folk, and everything in between. The two have been performing together since 2010. Their 2020 collection of Christmas covers Happy Holidays From Bruce & Sam make you feel warm and cozy in a way that only these two can.
FrankenSchline
Franklin Schline professionally and affectionately known as FrankenSchline is an American musician, singer, songwriter and performer from Henderson, MD. Previously the lead singer and guitarist of indie rock band Chill and the Rabbits, Franklin has found his stride in solo career. Although he has since relocated to the West Coast, Frankie’s classic christmas song Smoking Weed By The Christmas Tree Tonight has been loved by many all along the Delaware Valley since its release in 2017.
