Hollow Pledge and Andres are Living the dream in the “Up and Up” video

We included Hollow Pledge in a Bandcamp Friday Round Up last fall because of their professional quality, attention to detail, and incredible style. The boys are back and they’re bringing the rock and roll realness with an inspiring new music video for ‘Up and Up’ featuring Andres.
The saga begins with touring rock-pop vocalist Andres doing vocal warm ups for a studio session and cuts to Julio, lead singer of Hollow Pledge. He’s in his car smirking into the camera and chatting about his early morning recording session in Lancaster. They set the scene that this lifestyle is exciting but also honest work. In this almost five minute long journey we accompany our music pals at load-in for a show, a full recording day tracking in the studio,and the painstaking chore of sitting in front of a camera for some new promo shots. They even include special moments like getting stuck behind a horse and buggy on the ride from one venue to the next.
However, the video isn’t all sweat and heavy lifting. They toss in some awe inspiring shots of the band shooting colorful music videos, playing in front of adoring fans, and hamming around at rest stops and before shows with venue staff. Enough heartwarming clips to give any musician the itch to get back on the road.

Having a peek into their travels and lifestyle makes us feel closer to the boys in the band and builds anticipation of what's to come next.
