Music Review: "Stockholm Syndrome" by TreeWalker

TreeWalker is a 4-piece rock and roll outfit from Delaware that’s been releasing electrifying music and wowing audiences since 2012. Their second single of the year, “Stockholm Syndrome”, was released to streaming platforms independently on August 19 after the announcement of plans for a new album this year.

Treewalker uses their signature synth and rock guitars to create an intense and exciting musical experience. “Stockholm Syndrome” touches on themes of unhealthy and complex relationships where opinions aren’t heard and ownership is implied. The vocal phrasing and heavy rock drumming create a hectic and spellbinding atmosphere as the drums move you one step forward and two steps back into a bad situation.

Check out their music and see them live on September 28 for Hot Jam XI at The Center For Creative Arts. Their set is at 5 PM on the Auditorium Stage. For ticket information visit here.
