Get To The Gig: Tyfest at Theatre N
The historic Theatre N in Wilmington, Delaware, will be opening their doors for a night of music, community, and good vibrations on January 27 for TyFest. This all-ages event is unique in its purpose and sure to be a rocking good time for the whole family.
TyFest is the brainchild of Newark, DE singer songwriter Ty Mathis. Continuing his messaging of peace and love he started gatherings with like minded creatives to showcase their art, share ideas and encourage collaboration. As an event created with community in mind, he plans to connect the local music and art community by showcasing the diverse talents of Wilmington’s own locals.
The evening will be hosted by G Dash Jones and will open with a special singing bowl set by Simply Sound Vibrations. Ty Mathis will be sharing music with his band alongside fellow Delaware musician Sug Daniels. Beyond the captivating musical performances, the celebration includes live painting, a comedy act, and an open jam session. Instruments are not provided for the open jam, so bring your gear.
