Nathalie came to Gable in 2018 with 10 years experience as Promotions Director for local music station 93.7 WSTW, where among her regular duties, she produced and booked 3 days of music at the esteemed Wilmington Flower Market. She started with Gable in 2018 as a Client Relationship Manager, then became a Booking Agent for Gable. Now, she manages our creative projects and events needs, aiding with event production, marketing, social media, graphics, live streaming, and flexing her photography skills. She has also directed, filmed, produced videos, and interviewed music experts for our YouTube Channel - oh, and built this beautifully funtastic website and blog!
Joe Trainor

Joe comes to the table with 30 years or performing experience in the Delaware music scene, most notably with the award winning Joe Trainor Trio. Joe’s other credits include Music Director for The Rock Orchestra, Delaware’s premier tribute organization and Music Director at City Theater Company in Wilmington. In addition, Joe is the Music Director for the sell out Shine A Light concerts that take place annually at The Queen and Producer of BeatleFest, which is a yearly weeklong celebration of The Beatles.

Danielle "Sug Daniels" Johnson has been an entertainer for close to two decades. Growing up in the rural area of Delaware she has let her passion for music and entertainment lead her out of the corn fields and into the bright stage lights all around the coast. She loves to network and work on her craft. She joined the Gable Music Ventures team in early 2020 as a booking agent, grew into event planning, social media management, and content creation, and now focuses on authoring our very own blog - The Gable Verse! (All while growing her solo music career as a signed artist with Weird Sister Records!)
Karla Lara

Karla joined Gable Music Ventures in 2022 as a Social Media and Digital Marketing specialist for the Ladybug Music Festival event brand. Karla enjoys using social media as a way to tell stories and build relationships within her community. Although she is currently based out of South Philadelphia, Karla, a University of Delaware graduate, has a deep love for Delaware and enjoys being a part of the process of uplifting it’s creative economy.
Joey Heins

Joey Heins came to Gable Music Ventures originally as a performer in local band Rusty Blue, but became a part of the family by assisting Joe in booking artists. Now, Joey enjoys using his creativity executing Gable’s social media efforts and keeping us fresh. A Songwriter and Producer in born in Wilmington and now living in Philadelphia, Joey has been involved in music his whole life, and is happy and grateful to be involved with the Delaware music scene as a performer and a coordinator!
