Let US handle the BUSINESS
while YOU enjoy the MUSIC
THANK YOU!
Since 2011, Gable Music Ventures has been driven by one purpose — to create spaces where original music thrives. None of that would have been possible without the extraordinary artists who’ve trusted us with their craft, the clients who’ve believed in our vision, and the cities and venues that have opened their doors to live music with heart. Every show, festival, and collaboration has been built on shared passion and commitment to keeping live, original independent music alive and accessible.
To the City of Wilmington and Downtown Visions for giving our mission a space to call home - thank you. To everyone who’s performed, partnered, danced, volunteered, or simply shown up to experience a Gable show — thank you. To everyone who participated and supported The Ladybug Music Festival over the years - thank you.
You gave meaning to what we built. As we close this chapter, we do so with deep gratitude for the music, the memories, and the community that made Gable Music Ventures what it was.

2012 Jessica Latshaw and Joy Ike - Back in 2012, Jessica Latshaw and Joy Ike performed at The Queen as part of one of the very first ticketed Gable events (aside from our Film Brothers days) — a milestone moment in our early history. Their heartfelt performances set the tone for what would become a thriving local music tradition, showcasing the talent and community spirit that continue to define Gable and Ladybug today.
2014 Wilmington Ladybug - Larkin Poe’s set at Ladybug was unforgettable. This was before they blew up, playing with raw, fiery energy that had the whole crowd locked in. You could feel they were on the verge of something big.
2022 Wilmington Ladybug - Sweet Lizzy Project came from Nashville and instantly connected in with our audience here in Wilmington.
2023 Wilmo Rock Circus - Low Cut Connie put on a performance we will remember for quite some time! This was especially grand, as the band had performed at one of our 2014 Rockabilly Rumble before things really took off for them.
